Returns Policy

CANCELLATIONS

We accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.  We regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel orders whereby the item(s) have been dispatched for shipping. 

Please note that refunds may take up to 14-21 business days to appear in your account.  To initiate a cancellations request please contact us via our contact form, or email us at eyeofsatostudio@gmail.com.  Please include all relevant order details to ensure the process can be expedited.

 

RETURNS

SCENARIO 1: CHANGE OF MIND

Please select purchase items carefully, as we currently do not accept returns, or offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.  

 

SCENARIO 2: MANUFACTURING DEFECT

While we take all necessary measures to ensure our quality control checks are sound, manufacturing defects may occur in the normal course of business. In such cases, please contact customer care at eyeofsatostudio@gmail.com immediately upon receipt and detection of defective item(s). 

Our customer care team will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the defective item(s).  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs which will be refunded by Eye of Sato, and/or Eye of Sato Studio.  We recommend that you insure your return shipment and use a traceable shipment method. We will not be liable for any damaged or lost goods in transit.  As such, please retain a copy of your return shipment information, and provide us with a copy of the shipping payments so that we can process a return shipment refund.

Please ensure your item(s) are returned new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, without any scents, stains or marks, and with all original tags attached.  If items show signs of wear, or damage from being mishandled any refunds will be considered void.

Once we receive and inspect the return shipment for the alleged defects, please allow 14-21 business days from the date of receipt of your item(s) to process returns, and refunds or exchanges. If your return meets our policy, depending on stock availability of the purchased item, you will receive an exchange of the same item. In this case, shipping to you will be complimentary.  If stock is unavailable, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Eye of Sato, and/or Eye of Sato Studio. Please note that original shipping is non-refundable.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

 

SHIPPING IN CASE OF DEFECTS

Shipping is complimentary on returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects only.  Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

 

ORIGINALS

Please note that purchase of original artwork is final.

 

SALES OR MARKDOWN ITEMS

Please note that products sold as Sales or Markdown items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

Please note that we do not refund shipping fees under any circumstances.  At present, we only offer exchanges for products/items with manufacturing defects. 

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector/purchaser.  As such, we do not refund, exchange, replace, or compensate by any means for damage arising from mishandling or misuse.
